What’s next in weather? Change!

Looks like we go back to the temperature roller coaster ride after the prolonged cold spell following the recent mild respite ends as the WxBell Ensemble guidance shows from GFS and ECMWF models:

Heavier rain is expected by Friday, maybe even some thunder as a stronger system moves into the region:

We’ll have to watch any lingering moisture Friday Night or early Saturday for any light snow or flurries in far North Georgia as the colder air returns and again Monday night but neither looks like much of a thing outside of the mountains but will monitor.

“January Thaw” comes and goes and comes back end of the month into February.
